Back to a new chapter.

Hey guys, surprised to see a new post? At one time, I actually really wanted to delete this blog but then I feel so grateful now that I didn’t. Many stuff like exams, homework and of course my laziness is the reason why I lose interest in blogging. But then again, I think to myself, why not continue doing what I’ve started instead of wasting it all away? So, here I am, blogging once again.

Since finals are now finally over and I’m super relieved, I guess I could update my blog more frequent now. =)

So many things have happened this year for me. Its kinda like a changing phase of my life. And did you guys noticed that time is passing us by so fast this year? Its CRAZY.

So about things that have happened lately, I got my braces removed two weeks ago! Well, its almost three weeks. Anyway doesn’t matter, I was surprisingly not excited at all the day before I got my braces removed which is actually kinda weird cuz I’ve been wearing my braces for almost two years and I should actually be excited to take it off right? oh well…….. Oh yeah, and two weeks later which is today, I got my bonding retainer done which I’m gonna wear for THE REST OF MY LIFE. ( FYI: A bonding retainer is a wire behind the teeth instead of those usual removable plastic ones.) And oh my I gotta say, the whole process was so bloody uncomfortable. I NEVER EVER wanna go through that whole process again. And there’s also this sour-ish acidic liquid thing that the doctor put all over my teeth, just plain DISGUSTING. When I reached home, I quickly rinsed my mouth with listerine. Heck, even my listerine taste like a hundred times better than that unknown liquid thing.

Anyway, moving on……..movies. Speaking of movies, I recently catched Michael Jackson’s This Is It in cinemas.

I would say this movie is worth to watch. Its actually like a reheearsal kind of thing of the concert. Its definitely fun to watch MJ do his thing and his amazing dancers and also his brief humour. And its really amazing to see him having so much energy in his performance and at the age of 50!! Definitely no joke. By just watching his rehearsal, I knew that if he were still alive, his concert would absolutely be a blast. Before his death, I was actually quite ignorant about him, no offence to all his fans out there but I was just not really a fan of his, but after watching this movie, I actually feel that his talent is now wasted. He was definitely great. So, go watch it before the two weeks run out or hopefully a DVD release which I’m sure there will be. =)

Oh yeah, I know this is really random but I really wanna show you guys this cute picture of MJ before I go. Its hilarious.

So much things to do, so little time…..

Okay, so I tell myself I MUST blog now!!! I can’t tahan anymore already.  Actually, I have tons of things to blog about but I just keep delaying them. Don’t blame me, blame it on my bloody school exams. :P

I had another sistas outing with one of my besties, Julie. :)     

We hang out together, shop a little, had lunch together, catch a movie, ya know, what girls do together……

Moving on…….

The movie we watched was Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince. We always watch the Harry Potter saga together every year. :)  To me, the movie was okay, its actually kinda like a beginning of the next two final movies. I’m sure Deathly Hallow will definitely be awesome. :D

After that, we shopped a little and unfortunately Julie had to leave early, so we head home early. Too bad we didn’t take lots of pictures but before we leave, we still managed to take one last shot.

Next time, lets hang out longer okay? :)

And Last but not Least, Thank You so much to everyone who wished me Happy Birthday. I had a blast today. The best birthday I ever had.

Enjoying the holidays??

So, two days ago which is on Thursday, I went to Malacca for a day trip with my family. We just went there for sightseeing cuz the last time we were there was like a DECADE ago. Malacca has definitely changed a lot. But the main reason we went there is to enjoy and indulge in the WONDERFUL foods. hehehe.  So our first stop in Malacca is the famous Jonker street, but they call it Jonker Walk. Whatever.

I don’t know whether if its true, but it seems like Malacca is famous for pineapple tarts. So, we stop by at a shop to buy some.

 

Apparently, this is the largest pineapple tart in Malaysia. You can see it wrote there “Awarded M’sia Book of Records in 2004”. They make a new one every six months and also added all kinds of preservatives to maintain it.

Anyway, as we continue our journey in Jonker Street, an accessory shop caught my attention and wat else will we do, Shop!

   

    

Most of the stuff there are like 3 for RM 10, so I guess its pretty cheap.

Then, we went into another shop which like kinda sell all kinds of stuff.

 

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I love my Dad.

We walked another few more meters then we reached another popular tourist attraction, the Stadthuys Square.

After that, we climbed the stairs and finally reach up to the hill to explore the St Francis Xavier Church.

After exploring, we climbed down the stairs agn and reached the St, John’s Fort.

 

 

We stop by at a small shop in Jonker Street to have some desserts.

In the evening, we decide to see the whole of Melaka in this………

Yup. The Menara Taming Sari. Some ppl may not know about this tower cuz it was just build a year ago so its pretty new. Once you’re inside the tower, that circle cubicle thing will just shoot up and rotate slowly up there. Its quite fun.

Late evening, we finally went to our last stop, the Portuguese Square. There are lots of friendly Portuguese ppl there and we also had dinner there.

Reached home at around 10.45pm ish. Totally fun day trip and def will go back there someday. Maybe when I’m 26??  XD
